Referrals and Kickbacks

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are granted to referrers and referees based on referee activity, with rewards including bonus credits and discounts on subscription plans.

* Automation fires refer to automations that have been expired, triggered, or failed.

** Ask Elfa queries refer to queries made solely on Ask Elfa, not inclusive of Elfa Auto.

Bonus Credits

Bonus credits are given as extra credits (overage) and will only be tapped on by the user after their monthly credits are used up.

Bonus credits are non-recurring and will persist.

Bonus credits are capped at 10,000.

Referral Kickbacks

When a referral subscribes to a paid plan, the referrer gets kickback incentives of the referral's monthly subscription.

Referees will get up to 3 months of kickbacks for each paid subscription.

Kickbacks are paid out minimally 1 month after referral's payment.

Scenarios

Scenario 1: Referral pays annually.

Kickback: 3 months prorated of annual plan (paid out 1 month after payment has been received).

Scenario 2: Referral pays for 2 months then stops.

Kickback: 2 months of kickbacks (each payment 1 month after payment has been received).

Scenario 3: Referral pays for 1 month, stops, then returns 6 months later to subscribe for 5 months.

Kickback: 1 month kickback. 6 months later, 2 months kickback (each payment 1 month after payment has been received).
